Who is responsible for your data
Nuverdi, based in London, United Kingdom, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: team@nuverdi.com.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist: your email address and the plan you chose, so we can tell you when Nuverdi launches.
- Plan members: your name, email and plan, so we can run your account, plus your weekly screenshots, so we can check your limit.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, payment status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card details.
- Visits: anonymous page view counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Our lawful basis
We use your waitlist email because you asked us to contact you (consent). We use account, screenshot and payment data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), and keep payment records because the law requires it (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Nuverdi: Netlify (website and form sign-ups), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (domain, email routing and analytics) and our email provider. Some of these may store data outside the UK, with safeguards approved under UK law. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you ask us to delete them, or 12 months after launch if you don't join.
- Screenshots: 90 days after the week they cover.
- Payment records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email team@nuverdi.com and we'll reply within one month. You can leave the waitlist at any time. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Nuverdi is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and email plan members about important changes.
